How Long Does Shipping Take?

Your order will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

The shipment time will vary on which option you choose at checkout, however see below for delivery estimates: 

NL Express Delivery – Next Day Service (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

NL Standard Delivery – 3 - 6 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

International Delivery Express – 5 - 7 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

International Delivery Standard - 10 - 14 Days (please allow 1-3 business days for processing)

Will I Pay Duties and Taxes?

We ship from the Netherlands. Please note import tax and duty is subject to your own country and will not be an expense covered by AMITI. Please be aware of the tax and duty regulations of your country before ordering.

 

 

RETURNS

What is Your Return Policy?

We would be happy to help you return or exchange your order!

Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition, unworn, with all original packaging. Please contact us at info@AMITISTUDIO.com to begin your returns process.

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sale items.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for refunds on earrings, although we are more than happy to exchange them or provide a credit note!
